The Boardwalk Pool is conveniently situated at the intersection of Boulevard and Boardwalk, just a short walk from the Town Center. Sunbathe on a teak lounge chair or take shelter in the shade of a pergola covered in vines. Private bath houses are available on both sides of the Boardwalk Pool tower for refreshing showers. Children can have a blast at the splash pad, and the hot tub is open until late evening from late spring to the end of October.

The stunning Tower Court pool is situated at the end of Tower Court and easily accessible from Lower Greenway. At Carlton Landing, Pavilion Park serves as a warm welcome to visitors and residents alike. Firefly Park, nestled amongst cottage lots, offers a spacious and serene tree-lined open area perfect for picnics, gatherings, and outdoor games. You and your friends can enjoy a game of pick-up football, frisbee or simply relax in the natural surroundings. The park also serves as a designated helicopter-landing site in case of any medical emergencies.

Across the street from Firefly Park, you will find a park with a central fire pit and Adirondack chairs, perfect for community gatherings around the fire!

Located on the drive into town, the Overlook boasts one of the most iconic views in Carlton Landing. Enjoy stunning sunrises and participate in outdoor fitness classes in this picturesque park.
